We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate this website, respond to your inquiries, or initiate and carry out a contract.

We use cookies and analytics services only with your explicit consent (see section 8, Google Analytics). Without your consent, no cookies are set and no data is sent to analytics services. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

Technically necessary storage: we do not set functional cookies. We only store your choice from the cookie banner, in your browser's local storage, so the banner doesn't reappear on every visit. This storage is strictly necessary to implement your decision and is therefore permitted without consent under § 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG (German Telecommunications and Telemedia Data Protection Act). The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 7(1) GDPR. You can delete this entry at any time via your browser settings.

Automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, does not take place.

This website is hosted by Hostinger. When you visit the site, the server automatically processes technically necessary data transmitted by your browser (server log files):

• IP address
• Date and time of access
• Page or file accessed and amount of data transferred
• Referrer URL (previously visited page)
• Browser type, browser version, and operating system

This processing is carried out to deliver the website and to ensure stability and security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are stored for a limited period and then deleted. Hostinger processes this data as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR).

If you send us an inquiry via the contact form, we process the data you enter:

Providing your name, email address, and message is voluntary but required so we can process your inquiry. Phone number and service of interest are optional.

When you submit the form, the data is sent from your browser to a script on our own web space and from there emailed to us. No separate third-party form service is used. Sending runs through the servers of our hosting provider Hostinger (see the hosting section). To protect against abuse, your IP address is briefly kept only as a hash value (not reversible) to limit the number of requests per hour. The content of your inquiry is not stored on the web space.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect, e.g. by email to info@simnify.com, by phone, or via WhatsApp.

We store your inquiry until it has been fully processed and no further purpose for retention exists. Statutory retention obligations (e.g. for business correspondence related to a contract) remain unaffected.

This website links to WhatsApp (wa.me). Simply visiting our website does not transmit any data to WhatsApp. Only when you click a WhatsApp link are you redirected to WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta (in the EU: WhatsApp Ireland Limited). From that point on, WhatsApp's/Meta's own privacy terms apply, and data may also be transferred to the USA.

If you message us via WhatsApp, we process your phone number, profile name, and message content to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). If you'd prefer not to, you can reach us instead by phone or via the contact form.

If you have given your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics only loads after you actively accept it in the cookie banner. Without your consent, no analytics take place.

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to evaluate how our website is used — for example, pages visited, time spent, the page you came from, as well as device, browser, and approximate location (country or region). According to Google, IP addresses are not logged or stored in Google Analytics 4. We use these insights solely to improve our website; advertising features are disabled.

Data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the EU Commission has issued an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). We have also entered into a data processing agreement with Google.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG. Google Analytics cookies last up to 2 years; usage data stored in Google Analytics is automatically deleted after 14 months at the latest. Section 2 above describes how your cookie-banner choice is stored.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect via the cookie settings or the same-named link in the footer. More information is available in Google's privacy policy.

Under applicable law, you have the right at any time to:
